Terms of Service

Aero VoiceNotes provides AI-powered speech-to-text transcription, summarization, translation, and export features. Transcription is performed on our dedicated infrastructure using a commercially-licensed open-source AI model. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aero VoiceNotes. By using the service, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. Guest access is available with limited functionality and does not persist data across sessions.

Web Subscriptions (Stripe)

Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing via the website, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Mobile Subscriptions (iOS — Apple App Store)

iOS in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store and managed through RevenueCat. Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. To cancel an iOS subscription, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds for iOS purchases must be requested directly from Apple.

Free Tier

A free tier with limited transcription minutes per month is available. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to use Aero VoiceNotes to:

• Record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all parties, where required by applicable law
• Process, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls
• Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

You retain full ownership of all audio recordings and transcripts you create. By uploading audio to our service, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that audio for the sole purpose of generating a transcript. This licence expires and the audio is permanently deleted from our servers immediately upon completion of transcription.

We do not use your content to train AI models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than providing the transcription service to you.

All software, design, trademarks, and branding of Aero VoiceNotes are the property of idakimi.com or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission. The transcription AI model used by the service is an open-source model licensed for commercial use by its respective copyright holders.

Aero VoiceNotes is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, accent, background noise, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idakimi.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device unless you choose to delete it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
